Touring Apartments with My Daughter
My daughter is starting college next month, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure that her transition there is seamless. Tomorrow we are going to find her an apartment in Silver Spring MD. I believe that’s the best town for her to live in based on where she’s going to school. It’s a great little community, with really low crime and lots of things to do on the weekend. I know she won’t be bored, but when she needs to study, she will have the peace and quiet that she needs as well. I have one place in particular that I really want to take a closer look at. I’ve gone online and taken a virtual tour, and I love what I have seen.
The property is stunning. The multi-level buildings are situated on rolling hills of grass. There are trees and foliage, which will provide a lot of natural shade during the warmer months. The plants and shrubs around the property are meticulously landscaped, and it’s obvious that they take pride in their surroundings there. I even love the color of the buildings, because it has a really natural feel to it. They don’t stand out, and allow the beautiful landscape to stand out.
It’s really nice that they have a playground on the premises as well, because if I decide to bring my younger son with me to visit, I know that he will be entertained. It seems like there’s something for everyone here, which is exactly what I was looking for. I know my daughter will be comfortable in her very first apartment here. I’m really hopeful that we will be able to sign a lease as soon as possible, because I am fairly certain that this apartment will be in demand. It’s one of the more desirable places to live in the area.
