I Will Not Live with Insects
When my husband and I first looked at a house we really liked, it was everything we wanted, with the exception of one thing. There were ants crawling on a lot of the surfaces, and it was just really disgusting looking. My husband told me to look past the ants, as we would be able to hire an exterminator to remove them and make sure they don’t come back. The real estate agent even told us to look at http://www.exterminationmontrealmax.com/services.html as it is the company that they would hire to make sure there were no insects if we were to buy the house.
It did not take very long for me to decide that my husband was right and I had to look past the ants. I really liked everything else about the house, so I went home and looked at the website that the realtor had given to us. I wanted to make sure that the company was one that had experience in ant infestations, as I refused to live with insects like that. I know that an occasional fly might get in the house, but we are talking hundreds of ants that were in the house.
I wanted to make sure that the company that was going to evict them was going to do more than just wipe the counters down. I don’t know a lot about ants, but I do know that they leave their scent behind as a clue for other ants to find the food source. I felt confident that this extermination company would be able to effectively remove the ants, so I told my husband that we could make an offer on the house. I did tell him that I wanted a complete inspection by the exterminator though to make sure that no other insects or rodents were taking up residence, and the realtor agreed to our terms. That was a year ago, and we did end up buying the house. We have not had any problems with insects since!
